Hungry And Thirsty
Are you living on full or running on empty? Too often we find ourselves sputtering along on our journey simply hoping we can arrive at a place of more than enough. The good news is, Christ has extended the invitation for all who are hungry and all who are thirsty to come unto him. “Blessed [joyful, nourished by God’s goodness] are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness [those who actively seek right standing with God], for they will be [completely] satisfied. Matthew 5:6
God promises that He will listen to those who turn and seek after Him. Jeremiah 29:12-13 says, "Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
